Yes, I have a fifty year old edition of Kuhn’s book that was a turning point in my graduate studies years. I was dealing with it as a window on historical change driven by technology. I suspected that we would hit another large instance of this tied to IT and broadband communications but didn’t think I would live to see it.

I realized I was wrong when I built my first commercial website in 1994. It’s been an interesting ride.

In all this one thing I’ve learned is that doesn’t stop. There is no going back short of a full catastrophe.
