Yes, an interesting option. This type of change is usually, I think, tied to a currency change but that is based on correcting the reference to an underlying asset or exchange rate. I’m not sure how that relates if locally implemented. Seems it would require and all or nothing conversion. My assumption is that this will be handled, as will all legal agreements, in blockchain. Isn’t what you are proposing happening already in the bitcoin and Ethereum markets? This also, obviously, removes any governmental agency from all external to government contractual processes. No government supervision is needed.
