This is one of the better posts. That’s always clear when the frightened folks who desperately want thing to stay the same feel compelled to shout. The usual suspects are rounded up and put up against the wall.

At the working level today in America and other post industrial societies the language is becoming more and more distorted. When there is nothing more to be done reaction sets in.

Rituals replace action. The prayers for any of the old gods are recited louder and louder until they become shouting matches. Meanwhile other people, usually younger ones, are building a different world because the old is obviously irreparable. The planet has announced its displeasure.

Time to move on. The rules are changing and none of the people in charge have a clue. We need to learn how to live on the planet we made. That is going to be hard for everyone.
