This is an excellent example of a failing society. The points made here are specifically on the failure of the lead newspaper in the national media to identify immoral and unethical positions taken by members of the technology industry in defense of bigotry and misogyny. Oh, that’s right, we don’t have any standards based in morality and ethics because those were hijacked years ago by political opportunists who destroyed the meaning of those words. So the voices of people must be limited to the view from nowhere and all political positions are equally valid and equivalent. Because those words also have been hijacked and made to mean whatever the ruling elites wish them to mean.

If we cannot agree that bigotry and misogyny are, at least, unacceptable in this society just as racism is unacceptable, what the hell can we agree on that matters? The public discourse is only an endless dance around meaningless displays of empty words. The claims of baseless victimhood by the pandered to elite has made every bigot untouchable. It’s hard to get lower than that. This is what happens when you lose your language to liars and manipulators.
