Damn it the end is near. No point in shouting but you really need to face the reality. We are at a critical, historical point with species survival now fully involved and we have a pathological narcissist sitting in the White House with the keys to nuclear Armageddon in his hands as we watch him slide into dementia. We have a Congress made up of loons in the pockets of brutal opportunists who are totally fixated on ignoring the concerns and desires of the vast majority of the population while they gut the national budget for the benefit of their billionaire owners. They are in such a godawful, desperate hurry because they seem to realize that they don’t have much time and are, incidentally, totally behind having a pedophile of doubtful sanity elected to their little club. I’m beginning to think they are right. We have far bigger problems than one more nauseating, bug fuck crazy, asshole in Congress.
So what are we going to do about this? And if you think there is actually going to be an election in 2018 that we are going to live to see and that would make any difference at all then all I can do is wish you luck. So what are the rest of us going to do? I’m really afraid we had better act fast because the chief twitterer seems to be heading for the basement. That is not a good sign. He thinks he’ll be safe down there because in his world duck and cover is still the answer when you set off the big mushroom clouds. Is is true that the White House Christmas decorations are there to get him comfortable with nuclear winter? It sure isn’t there to make everyone warm and Christmasy.
The problem is that we need someone to do something and there is no one left. Where are the ghost busters when you need them? We don’t have ghosts but these dudes are dangerous as hell and totally incompetent. There needs to be a way to neutralize and remove them. And it is not the Democrats as they are all in the restrooms sitting on toilets waiting for someone to come tell them it’s over. Nope, no help there.
I thought at the beginning of the year after the problem with the millions of people that Trump saw at his inauguration, that the union could not hold. If it did none of us would survive. Well we’re there. Could someone go tell Jerry Brown that it is up to California to build a new America? I’d really like to see the new year without abject fear of death or endless suffering due to an orange idiot.
