The essence of what we face in America is the failure of capitalism however you name it. This is certainly not a sudden and surprising end. From Marx to Veblen you have a century of recognition of the good, the bad, and the ugly for capitalist societies. Failure via wage stagnation, mindless greed, and capital replacement of value production have all been predicted and have appeared.

I completely agree, with a near mindless fascist in the White House there is little time left to act. The proof of value in hybrid socialist systems is also as readily apparent. The choices are not hard to define. There is no time now for centrist waffling.
