The delusional fever is breaking and the sweats are setting in. It's that brutal moment when you realize that what was wished for so hard to prevent an unimaginable loss is total bullshit and will never happen. Time to get very serious, indeed, about online education.

What you have written is being thought by great numbers of people in higher education. The problems in K-12 are now a completely different story that will move the borders of higher education down to, probably the 10th grade. Instead of repeating high school, community colleges will expand transitioning to online adult education with options into Career and Technical Education.

But there are huge problems to overcome and many faculty who will need to abandon their sacred classroom stage. It’s a dilemma.
