Silence and the absence of fear in Europe
Pense reads the wrong speech and Ivanka forgets to follow along

I think someone forgot to tell the remaining Trumpsters pretending to be a government that they should be really careful going to Europe. That’s not Milwaukee or one of their safe towns. Munich, for a European, read NATO, for 55th annual security meeting is far past the area where Trumpist ignorance and bullshit is given a free pass.
Europe has enough trouble with problems that are only exacerbated by stupidity in Washington so ignorance of the situation is no excuse. And where ever they go Ivanka is not appropriate. If the benefits give her a free trip she should be told to do whatever everyone around her in the meeting does. Pay attention, try not to look stupid.
Forget that, best just don’t go. It was not a positive event for the official American contingent. This wouldn’t be worth noting except the pretense among, respectable, European powers has finally been dropped. Silence is what the American (Trumpistan) representatives got and will get until they are gone.
Pense, OMG, what can you say? The man has struggled to become a frightening and vicious bulldog for the Donald but can’t seem to get past the constipated Pekingese imitation. I’ve never seen a man who so desperately needed to take a shit in my life.
He should know better than to utter Trump’s name in a world setting among high officials and expect applause. That doesn’t even work in most of the US. The silence in Munich was reported to be deafening. It was reportedly only equaled by the complete silence at the end of his pusillanimous speech praising Trump and insulting everyone else.
The video seemed to show Pense’s knees shaking as he retreated from the podium. Shame and embarrassment can be a good thing.
One must assume that these people were fooled by two years of politeness into thinking that the planet doesn’t recognize the depths of collapse in America. Given a century of history, Europeans are not interested in Putin puppets nor fascist wannabes as they have their own to isolate.
Pense, naturally, had to have dinner with the worst of those in Hungary. Viktor Orbán is a pariah in Europe as another fascist, bigot, xenophobe, and antisemitic low life. Like follows like as my mother used to say.
This whole thing is now circling the toilet but it will probably take another flush to get some relief from the continuing embarrassment. Since the entire structure, including the toilet, is collapsing it’s hard to even pay attention to the thugs who managed to break into the condemned building and are smashing the furniture.
There are far bigger issues and far larger changes that are gaining momentum. The rats in the wreckage will need to find somewhere else to scavenge. Europe appears to finally have had enough.
