Platform learning is, it would seem, inherent in coding and process management design. The classic 'hello world' outcome is the minimum step.

I read this as I am trying to decide the best course of action to move a group of mostly dysfunctional college faculty to a place where they could learn to use platforms that we have available for them.

This is, admittedly, a good distance from what you are discussing but the problem here is generating motivation to learn. To achieve that the older faculty need to recognize that online educational is now the standard and that will not drastically change.

This bring the loss of status and experience and desperate need to hang on to what they had. This, I think, drives the focus of those suddenly online to abandon interaction, let alone project based learning, and cling to the wreckage of the old educational system.

Frankly, I think we need to start over after a lot of forced retirements.
