It is certainly true from a marketing perspective that a feel good message is tone deaf when the occasion is intense and reality is knocking down the door. That is the time for sharing resources and caring for people who are hurting. The message that works is let’s roll up our sleeves and get to work. If you need something and I have it then it is yours.
People like Osteen are sales people peddling cheap ideas. I would think they would know what they’re selling. Obviously not. That’s amazing.
