But we need a formal, agreed methodology to determine truth in communication to the extent possible. Ultimately we know there is nothing there but we have to agree to act as if facts can be verified. There is no ‘truth’ out there to be found and applied. We know in this quantum mechanical age that we must build that truth dynamically.

Put way too simply, it is our observation of potential truth that collapses the wave form into truthful reality. Understanding that puts the responsibility on us to observe with the goal of truthfulness and not manipulation.

How do we institutionalize that in our planetary civilization?
