Are we ready to fly?
Our old tricks no longer work

Diversity is equality not identity. Our differences are the strength of humanity. What we all share is our citizenship and that citizenship is ultimately planetary citizenship. The closer we are to that the better.
It’s time to standup and stop allowing small minded and evil people, driven by greed and hatred, to bury us, again, in tribal differences. We are diverse but our rights make us equal in greatness.
The single minded focus on rights as the definition of humanity allows us to grow. That growth is the expansion of rights for all. Rights are the guarantee of freedom and the most basic right is diversity. From that basic unifying right we need to expand what everyone can hope to have and to achieve.
Those that attempt to limit humanity and diversity to deny rights for greed and personal gain are the those that must be isolated and their damage blocked. Remember, they are a minority. They have no goal but denial of our diversity because that strength frightens them.
To stop climate change we must think globally. We must become citizens of this planet and then citizens of our communities. We cannot solve planetary problems until we make this change. A fractured, tribal civilization can never move past zero on the galactic scale.
We are teetering on the edge. Either we fall or we fly. Now there is no other choice.
