A good point that I didn’t cover in this short rant. My out was to use “indicated” as your example shows. Whether or not they are able to think critically they chose to act as if they couldn’t. The end result is the same. That leaves the moral question of riding on evil actions to achieve different goals. The libertarian movement is, in my opinion, morally bankrupt from the start and is just an extreme form of capitalism attempting to claim absolute selfishness as a virtue.
